🇮🇹 A Villa Stay in Positano, Italy

Let’s talk luxury meets laid-back. There’s something about Positano that feels like a living painting—each building a brushstroke, each lemon tree a splash of color.

We want the whole experience: waking up in a cliffside villa with the smell of sea breeze and espresso, meandering down vertical paths to lounge in beach clubs below, and returning for sunset aperitivo. Yes, Ibiza throws some of the world’s best parties—but we’re here for the full duality. After dancing until 4 a.m. at a beach club, we’ve detoxed in countryside yoga retreats, eaten farm-to-table meals, and journaled on cliffside hikes.

Ibiza gives you the freedom to choose your pace. You can rave in San Antonio, then unplug in the serene village of Santa Gertrudis. The island is dotted with pockets of calm that feel miles away from its wild reputation. Ibiza is a must-visit on the Europe bucket list trips!

Our Fave Spot: Cala d’Hort for its jaw-dropping sunset over Es Vedrà—bring a blanket and a bottle of local rosé.

🇮🇸 Exploring Iceland’s Westfjords

We’ve seen geysers erupt and glaciers glisten, but nothing prepared us for the raw drama of the Westfjords. It’s where nature gets louder as the roads get quieter.

In this rugged corner of Iceland, we:

• Soaked in natural hot pots with nobody else around.
• Watched whales breach from a pink-sand beach.

🇳🇴 Northern Lights & Fjords in Norway

Tromsø gave us our first taste of the Northern Lights—and it was unforgettable. There’s something spiritual about watching green streaks swirl above snow-capped mountains.

We’d love to plan a slow-travel trip from Oslo to the Lofoten Islands, stopping in Trondheim and gliding through fjords along the way. Imagine quiet train rides, cozy cabins, and mornings with waffles and black coffee.
